FAWFJ Trust

FAWDC has established a trust in Fiji to coordinate its activities in the country. The trustees are Joape Kuinikoro, Rokobua Naiyaga, Caroline Waqabaca, and Isoa Kaloumaira. Representing FAWDC on the board of trustees are Isoa Rabuli & Jesoni Vitusagavulu. 

Joape Kuinikoro

Joape was the National Coordinator for Foundation for the Education of Needy Children in Fiji (FENC Fiji) for 3 years. Prior to that he held several executive positions in the private sector including Chief Executive of Post Fiji and General Manager Insurance Operation for BSP Life. 

Rokobua Naiyaga

Rokobua education specialist currently working as a consultant trainer with the Pacific TAFE, USP. She has experience as a teacher, school principal and in providing advice in education in her previous role as Deputy Secretary within the Ministry of Education in Fiji.

Isoa Kaloumaira

Isoa serves as Chief Executive Officer at iTaukei Trust Fund Board. He is the Chief Executive Officer at Fijian Trust Fund. Mr. Kaloumaira serves as Chairman of FHL Energy Ltd. He served as the Chairman of Newworld Limited. Mr. Kaloumaira was the Chairman of Fijian Holdings Limited. He served as Chairman of the Board of Fiji Television Limited until May 8, 2013. Mr. Kaloumaira served as the Chairman of RB Patel Group Limited and served as its Director.

Caroline Waqabaca

Caroline is the Chief Manager Financial Markets at the Reserve Bank of Fiji. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Japan, a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the South Pacific.
